Yearbook Orders – Please go to https://ybpay.lifetouch.com and enter School Code # 12983617. Yearbooks are on sale now until early spring. The cost does increase, so order early. The yearbook staff is working with a new publisher.
Senior Parent Ads – If you have not yet purchased a parent ad for this years yearbook and wish to do so please follow these steps (due by 1/15/2017):

You will receive an order confirmation via email. Within approximately 15 minutes you will receive an email invitation with a link provided to submit your parent ad.
Senior Rafting Trip – May of 2017 – TBD – Informational meeting
GRADUATION – Graduation will be held Sunday, June 11 at 1:30 p.m. Tickets are required for admittance to graduation. “Doors” will open at 12:30. Graduation will be held in the gym at Hampden Academy. Students need to report to the multi-purpose room at 12:30 p.m. In keeping with the tradition of Hampden Academy’s graduation, there will be no decoration to caps or gowns permitted. Breathalyzer tests may be conducted prior to graduation. Any student under the influence of drugs or alcohol will not be allowed to participate in graduation. Inappropriate behavior during marching practice or during the Graduation Ceremony, may result in removal from the ceremony. All students must wear shoes.
Note: Please make all checks payable to Hampden Academy. If paying both graduation fees and class banquet, it is only necessary to make out one check.
BANQUET – June of 2017 – Location, date and cost TBD.
GRADUATION FEE – Graduation Fee is $35.00. The fee plus the balance of the Senior Class account covers the cost of cap and gown. This amount must be paid before Wednesday, June 7th.
TICKETS FOR GRADUATION – Tickets for graduation will be given to students starting on Tuesday, May 30, please see Mrs. Moore in the main office. Please check with your family prior to May 30, to determine the number of tickets you will need. Each graduate receives up to 8 tickets for seating in the Gym (white tickets).
ADDITIONAL TICKETS FOR GRADUATION – If a graduate needs more than 8 tickets they can request them from Mrs. Moore. After all graduates receive their tickets the remainder of the tickets are divided among those who need more at the end of the last marching practice.
SENIOR EXAM SCHEDULE – TBD – Graduates are expected to attend ALL classes each day, not just on exam periods.
SCHOLARSHIPS – Please read the following carefully: If any senior is awarded a scholarship s/he is reminded that detailed instructions for each scholarship are given in the envelope which is presented at graduation. Please read these instructions carefully, keep the instructions, and follow them your first year in college. Do not throw the instructions away in the excitement of graduation day.
