Hampden Academy Robotics teams competed well but did not bring home any awards.
Open to all students, the Hampden Academy Robotics Club is a competition robotics club that competes in a minimum of three competitions per year at other schools throughout the state.
The club utilizes the VEX robotics platform and meets after school at least two times a
week throughout the school year.
Every year in April, the new game is revealed at the World Championships and the design process starts at that time. For the past two years, Hampden Robotics has been very successful, winning the state championship in 2015 which allowed us to compete at the VEX World Championships in Louisville Kentucky last April.
The club also hosts the VEX State Championships in February.
